buy a rebuild kit that comprises of bearings and seals, rebuild bolth turbos....it can be done with basic tooling and some knowledge.
Make sure to mark the compressor orientation to the shaft, this way you can assemble everything back to how it was before disassembly.
not a perfect solution, but a very viable one that will buy you plenty of life in the turbos.this method has saved my a new turbo cost many times (different platforms)
